Erik Becker is an award-winning producer, director, and editor, and the Co-Founder & Managing Partner of InkBlot Narratives, where he has spent over 15 years creating hundreds of hours of documentary and unscripted television, including Prime Video’s A Different Breed and Discovery+’s Who Killed the Lyon Sisters? He pairs creative vision with business strategy, developing brand-backed storytelling with Purina, AWS, and Johnson & Johnson, with projects landing on major platforms such as Amazon Prime Video and Peacock.

Kara Paar is the Media Manager at InkBlot Narratives, where she oversees the professional post-production workflow for the company’s documentary and unscripted projects

Lauren is an Emmy Award-Winning Producer with experience working on high-profile projects for the likes of Netflix, Showtime, NBC, Quibi and Discovery, just to name a few.

Ryan is an established Director of Photography, Documentarian and Filmmaker. His work can be seen on networks like HBO, National Geographic, Discovery, The Travel Channel, SyFy, and Esquire.

Aaron Bowden is the Co-Founder of InkBlot Narratives and an award-winning non-fiction storyteller with over 20 years of experience, known for shaping powerful narratives across investigative documentaries, docudramas, travel, food, and lifestyle series. As showrunner and lead writer, he brings journalistic grit and cinematic storytelling together, guiding projects from concept through delivery for major platforms including Amazon Prime Video and Peacock.

George combines his extensive experience in entertainment marketing with a keen insight into the latest digital production technologies. His background encompasses roles as a director, writer, editor, VFX supervisor, and digital artist, providing him with a comprehensive view of the entertainment industry.

Bryn is an Emmy Award winning editor with experience in many genres. Some of his work includes Duck Dynasty, Outlast, Making Fun, and Shark Week for networks such as Netflix, A&E, E!, Magnolia, and Discovery.

Kaylee Birkner is the Staff Producer at InkBlot Narratives, where she manages logistics and operations, leads sets and field production, and contributes as a story editor shaping narratives from raw footage.

Bobby is a 2020 Sundance Feature Film Fellow, a grant recipient from the Will and Jada Smith Family Foundation, and SFFILM Westridge Grant Winner.

John has experience with major brand content, television, film, and other creative media. John maintains a low profile and keeps everyone in line. In this brave new world, John manages all remote and field shooting for InkBlot.

Dane is an audio-post mixer and sound designer. He has worked on content for the biggest brands, from McDonalds to Toyota to Motorola.
