Kara Paar is the Media Manager at InkBlot Narratives, where she oversees the professional post-production workflow for the company’s documentary and unscripted projects. She manages media servers, organizes and transcodes footage, and ensures efficient, reliable systems from production through delivery.

In addition to her technical expertise, Kara contributes creatively through story editing, helping shape narrative arcs and refine episodes in the edit bay. Her dual role—bridging the technical backbone of post-production with the art of storytelling—makes her an integral part of InkBlot’s ability to deliver polished, impactful content for major platforms.
